The Position:

We are seeking a Temporary Full-Time Secondary Digital & Technology Teacher to join our Christ-centred teaching community. The position is located at our Werribee campus.

This position is on a 12 month Fixed Contract.

The Person:

Education and Experience:

• The suitable candidate will be a skilled educator within the teaching profession with a Bachelor of Education or Masters of Teaching, VIT Registration (or provisional if a graduate), and knowledge within the relevant teaching method and plus qualifications and experience in Digital Technology.

• Strong verbal and written communication skillset

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

• First Aid qualified

• Ability to lead, inspire, support, and encourage students through teaching from a Christian worldview.

• Capacity to select and use appropriately, a wide range of teaching and assessment strategies to suit the needs of a diverse range of students.

• Any second Teaching method would be highly desirable.

• Demonstrate a high level of communication, professional and interpersonal skills when relating to teachers, students, parents, and colleagues.
