What You Will Get To Do:

We're looking for 26 passionate, client-focused individuals to join our team as Client Solutions Specialists. In this key contact centre role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and financial advisers, delivering outstanding service via phone, email, and web chat. You'll assist with enquiries related to superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions, helping our clients navigate their financial journey with confidence and care.

  • Handle inbound calls and emails from clients and financial advisers

  • Provide accurate information and support across superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions

  • Address enquiries and resolve issues in an efficient and professional manner

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions

  • Collaborate with a diverse team to meet and exceed performance targets

  • Uphold the company's values and ensure high service standards in every interaction

What You Will Bring:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others

  • Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new information, systems, and processes

  • Availability to work a rotating roster between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Friday

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model (minimum 2 days in the office per week, with flexibility to do more)

  • Office locations - Docklands (VIC), Parramatta (NSW), Wollongong (NSW), Brisbane (QLD) and Hobart (TAS)

  • Must be available to start in October 2025.

  • No prior financial services experience required — comprehensive training provided

  • A background or interest in superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions.
