Job Title: Health Solutions Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join our experienced team of rehabilitation professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation, utilizing their clinical knowledge and allied health background to assist injured workers in recovering at work and achieving independence at home, in the workplace, and in the community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive workplace assessments and providing expert advice on job modifications
  • Delivering rehabilitation counseling and vocational assessments
  • Undertaking medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison, and case management services
  • Providing support needs assessments and developing return-to-work plans

Qualifications required:

  • Full registration with a relevant professional body (AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA/AASW)
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
  • A self-starter with a go-getter attitude and a willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives
