Due to expansion and current real estate demand we are looking to appoint an individual for the below position:

Trainee Property Officer/Property Manager

The successful candidate will work within a team environment. Their role will be to assist the Property Managers with the management and maintenance of residential properties to the satisfaction of the owner and the tenant. Full support and training will be given to the right candidate. Whilst real estate experience would be an asset, the correct attitude to our workplace environment is essential. Full training will be given enabling you to take the first steps in your Real Estate career.

Essential requirements:

Computer literate, ability to utilise various software packages.

Ability to report to management.

Current driver's licence.

Ability to work a full-time position within an office environment.

Ability to work to schedules and deadlines.

Work within a busy focused workplace.

Excellent verbal and written skills.

Experience with all forms of electronic media.

Personable & approachable with a keen eye for detail.

Real Estate Certificate or willingness to obtain.

Desirable requirements:

Reception experience.

Real Estate experience.

Customer service skills.

Excellent work ethic.

Salary & Benefits:
