JRM Hospitality Recruitment are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie with strong pastry experience to join a premium hospitality venue renowned for its quality, creativity, and high standards. About the Role

* Take ownership of the pastry section and ensure smooth day-to-day operation.

* Produce high-quality desserts, pastries, breads, and plated sweets to a consistent standard.

* Work closely with senior chefs on seasonal menu development and new pastry items.

* Maintain strict food safety, allergen management, and quality-control processes.

* Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture within the wider kitchen brigade.

About You

* 2+ years' experience in pastry within a premium, high-volume, or hatted-style venue.

* Confident in producing refined desserts, baking, and pastry fundamentals.

* Strong attention to detail, precision, and consistency.

* Able to thrive under pressure during busy service periods.

* A positive team player with a professional and reliable work ethic.
