Johnson Cleaning Co is a family-run cleaning business based in Glenwood, providing residential, commercial and real estate cleaning services across the Hills District and Blacktown.

We're looking for people who are dependable, honest, and take accountability for their work. This role suits someone with life experience, a strong work ethic, and a solid understanding of what it takes to maintain a clean, well-presented space.

You don't need professional cleaning experience. If you've run a household or understand the basics of cleaning a home, we'll teach you the rest.

• 5–20 hours per week to start (must be available at least 4 days/week)
• Mostly weekday daytime shifts, with occasional evening work
• Award pay: $32.31/hr daytime, $36.19/hr evening + 12% super + paid travel + km allowance
• Local work within the Hills District & nearby suburbs (no long commutes)
• All training provided, including Infection Control Certification
• Portable Long Service Leave
• Supportive, family-owned business built on trust and accountability

• To live within 20 minutes of the Hills District
• Current driver's licence and registered, insured car (essential)
• Current Police Check and Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain both)
• Police Check must be no older than 6 months
• Working With Children Check must be current and valid
• Australian working rights
• Availability of at least 4 weekdays per week and some evenings if required
• To be physically capable of performing active, hands-on cleaning work (bending, lifting, reaching, moving equipment)
• A reliable, honest, and responsible attitude
