About The Role
We are seeking an Analyst to join our CBAiQ Established Solutions squad, part of a high-performing team of 5-7 analysts across three key verticals: Property, Consumer Brands and Visitor Economy. The Team is responsible for delivery and maintenance of key products that get delivered on a monthly and quarterly basis to 100+ clients. This role may work on the delivery and maintenance across following products: Centre iQ, Market Monitor iQ & Council iQ.

The Established Solutions team's mission is to continue delivering current offerings whilst driving efficiency gains with engineering and AI practices, in preparation for transforming to our AI-native product over the next 12 months. This role directly supports CBAiQ's strategic objectives, including delivering sustainable growth, integrating new data sets, and contributing to our ambitious FY25 revenue target.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery Excellence : Product delivery and manage delivery timelines of updates
  • Onboarding & Client Support: Onboard new clients across a number of clients
  • Data & Mining: Ensure high level of accuracy of our data by ensuring data mining is completed and kept upto date
  • AI-Driven Innovation : AI-first mindset to drive efficiency gains across all solutions using AI and automation
