To elevate our creative output and expand our service offering, we're looking for a talented
Graphic Designer
to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.

The Role

As our in-house Graphic Designer, you'll collaborate closely with our web development and marketing teams to produce visually outstanding designs that enhance client projects and strengthen our brand. This is a hands-on creative role where you'll work across a mix of
web design, branding and digital marketing assets
.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing modern, high-quality website layouts and graphics in collaboration with our developers.
• Creating and refreshing client brand assets including logos, colour palettes and style guides.
• Developing engaging creatives for digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Display).
• Producing social media templates and assets for client campaigns and in-house use.
• Contributing to Volcano Marketing's own branding and design collateral.
• Supporting our SEO and content marketing efforts with user-friendly, visually appealing assets.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years' experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or freelance experience highly regarded).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web design, branding, and digital creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma (or similar design tools).
• Understanding of design for web (UX/UI principles, responsive layouts).
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A creative eye with strong attention to detail and a passion for elevating visual quality.
