About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Communications Manager to join Mason Stevens on a 6-month fixed term contract. The Marketing and Communications Manager's duties include providing execution, design, and strategic input into the ongoing development of Mason Stevens marketing & communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Content Management

  • Champion brand consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.

  • Design and develop marketing materials for digital and print, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

  • Manage branded merchandise and associated vendor relationships.

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

  • Own and manage the corporate website, overseeing content updates and user experience enhancements in collaboration with digital partners.

  • Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns in partnership with internal teams.

  • Create and manage content across all platforms.

  • Manage social media strategy, execution, and paid campaign performance, with a focus on LinkedIn growth and engagement.

Email & Communications

  • Design and deploy email campaigns via HubSpot for both internal and external audiences.

  • Manage campaign distribution lists and subscriber engagement.

  • Coordinate stakeholder approvals and ensure timely delivery of communications.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of major communication projects such as annual reports.

Events & Sponsorships

  • Plan and execute internal and external events, ensuring a consistent and professional client experience.

  • Manage logistics for webinars, industry events, and annual business partner updates.

  • Support sponsorship initiatives and advertising partnerships to enhance brand visibility.

Public Relations

  • Collaborate with PR agency to develop and implement media strategies.

  • Contribute to the creation of press releases and media outreach plans.

Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external agencies.

  • Partner with key departments (Distribution, Product, Investments, Technology) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

  • Oversee relationships with marketing technology and digital service providers, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.

Performance Reporting & Optimisation

  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing channels, including social media, email, and digital campaigns.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across marketing operations and processes.

Required qualifications:

  • 5-7 years' experience in marketing and/or communications roles

  • Tertiary qualifications in either Marketing/Communications or Commerce/Business

Required job specific skills / experience / knowledge:

Essential

  • Email marketing automation (HubSpot)

  • CRM management (HubSpot)

  • Digital marketing experience including social media (LinkedIn)

  • Web content management (WordPress)

  • Strong knowledge of communication principles

Desirable

  • Canva design experience

  • Webinar programming

  • Video production

  • Financial Services or Technology industry experience

  • Marketing agency background, experience managing agencies

  • Experience leading and managing a small team (including in a virtual environment)

  • Ability to quickly evaluate and execute tactical marketing & communication responses

  • Experience with the setup and execution of marketing automation / CRM tools
