The Role

Evolve Energy is seeking a Licensed Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced, committed to excellence, and ready to thrive in a small-team environment with big growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and promote a high standard of service, professionalism, and friendly work environment.
  • Understand and comply with Work Health & Safety policies, company procedures, and statutory requirements.
  • Read and work to design plans and technical diagrams.
  • Demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, and advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Be a reliable, punctual, and accountable team member.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients on projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

Requirements
  • Current Electrical Licence (state-recognised).
  • Minimum 1 year post-licence experience as an electrician.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence (Full or Provisional).
  • Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card).
  • Own tools (negotiable).
  • Own vehicle preferred; vehicle allowance provided.
  • Technology and computer literate.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and excellent communication.
