We're now looking for energetic, motivated Sales Consultants and Sales Assistants to join our dynamic and growing sales team.

What We're Looking For

* A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively within a team

* Previous real estate experience preferred but not essential

* A current driver's licence and Agent's Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or currently in the process of obtaining these)

* Australian citizenship is required for this position

Duties & Responsibilities

* Prospecting activities including cold and warm calling, door knocking, and letterbox drops

* Database management and lead nurturing

* Booking, managing and attending appraisals and appointments

* Delivering exceptional client care with efficiency, accuracy and speed

* Conducting open homes, including signboard placement and buyer feedback recording

* Preparing contracts of sale and correspondence with buyers and sellers

* Coordinating marketing campaigns and property launches

* Coordinating follow-up activities such as building and pest inspections and conveyancing progress

Skills & Experience

* Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Cert IV and driver's licence (or currently in the process of obtaining)

* Strong customer service focus

* Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure

* Immaculate presentation and grooming

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Strong work ethic and desire for a long-term career in real estate

Earning potential:

* Experienced Sales Consultant – Retainer plus Commission, On Target Earnings of approximately $150K+ in the first 12 months

* Sales Assistant – Base salary is paid in accordance with the Real Estate Award and is approximately $55,000 per annum, plus allowances, plus bonus opportunities
