Role Details
  • Providing brief interventions as required and evaluating effectiveness of services provided.
  • Identifying constraints/barriers to family effectiveness, particular needs and interests in relation to health, well-being and parenting as well as resources to assist the family.
  • Supporting, training and educating Kinship Carers in practical day to day care.
  • Establishing interpersonal relationships that will enable effective communication and identifying and maintaining links with relevant services.
  • Working with ambiguous information and drawing on previous experience to develop innovative solutions to problems.
