In September, we opened our brand-new world-class redevelopment, a vibrant precinct that brings fresh opportunities, exciting experiences, and stronger community connections.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers in a confident and professional way
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Taking orders, serving alcohol responsibly and clearing tables
  • Understanding all food and beverage items on the menu
  • Collecting payment, operating EFTPOS and point of sale terminals
  • Providing quality service which aligns with our company values
  • General cleaning duties
  • Managing stock levels behind the bar throughout trade and restocking fridges

Requirements:

  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate, or willingness to complete prior to commencement.
  • Strong preference for applicants who already hold a Victorian Gaming Licence, or a willingness to obtain one.
