About Us
Dig Hard Excavations is a trusted civil plumbing contractor delivering water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure across Darwin NT. We're known for quality work, strong client relationships, and a supportive team culture.
The Role
We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day delivery of civil plumbing projects. You'll lead a team of supervisors, plumbers, and labourers while managing project schedules, budgets, and compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.
What You'll Do
- Manage and deliver multiple civil plumbing projects
- Lead and support site supervisors, plumbers, and crews
- Ensure WHS, environmental, and quality standards are met
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and variations
- Build strong client and subcontractor relationships
What You'll Bring
- Experience in civil plumbing, utilities, or construction operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of WHS and industry standards
- Ability to manage budgets and reporting
- Trade background or plumbing knowledge (preferred)
