Position Overview
Complete Aviation Solutions is seeking an experienced
Human Resources Manager
to expand our consulting capabilities by delivering tailored HR solutions to our airline clients. Since our founding in 2012, CAS has built a reputation for providing practical, hands-on consulting across project management, technical services, regulatory and safety, transformation, and commercial support. This new HR management role will enable us to deliver customised human resources strategies to clients ranging from some of the world's largest airlines to emerging aviation organisations.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with clients to identify workforce challenges and deliver customised HR solutions
- Provide advice on enterprise agreements, Fair Work compliance, employee relations, and workforce strategy
- Support recruitment, remuneration, performance management, training, and workplace compliance initiatives
- Assist with complex employment matters including negotiations, organisational change, redundancies, and dispute resolution
- Develop HR frameworks, training materials, proposals, and client presentations
- Contribute to the growth and evolution of CAS's HR consulting services
About you
You are an experienced HR professional with a strong foundation in employment relations and the confidence to work directly with clients.
Essential requirements include:
- Proven experience in HR management, senior HR advisory, or consulting roles
- Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations frameworks
- Demonstrated experience supporting or advising on enterprise agreements and employee relations matters
- Ability to manage sensitive and complex employment issues with discretion and sound judgement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Experience in aviation, transport, infrastructure, or other highly regulated industries is well regarded, as is prior consulting or multi-client advisory experience.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- AHRI membership or similar professional accreditation preferred
Working arrangements
