  • Deliver Customised Investment Options to Current Clients: Offer personalised private market strategies to established clients, cultivating loyalty through effective dialogue and a thorough grasp of their investment objectives.
  • Expand Business Reach: Promote BFA's private market offerings to advisor networks, financial planners, and large-scale clients to increase presence and secure new commitments.
  • Track Shifts in Client Preferences and Market Dynamics: Observe evolving investor demands and competitor offerings, updating sales leadership on insights to guide strategy.
  • quoting, negotiating, and finalising sales contracts.: Assist investors in completing their commitments by liaising with BFA teams to facilitate closure, from initial contact through to subscription.
  • Explain Investment Structures and Provide Support: Clarify investment frameworks to investors, resolve any queries, and collaborate with internal BFA teams to deliver necessary assistance.
  • Cultivate Ongoing Client Relationships: Engage regularly with investors to strengthen partnerships, keeping them informed of suitable opportunities that align with their profiles.
  • Maintain CRM Accuracy for Business Insights: Update BFA's CRM system to monitor investor stages, verify the precision of commitment sizes and unit economics, and support accurate forecasting for the organisation.
