A bit about your role

The Partnerships Manager is responsible for leading and executing a portfolio of strategic programs that drive commercial growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency within the Partnerships Function. With a focus on operational delivery, relationship management, risk and governance oversight and team collaboration the role ensures initiatives meet performance and compliance standards while fostering strong partnerships across internal teams and external stakeholders, including utilities, builders, and technology partners.

Success in this role requires strong project management skills, the ability to influence across a matrixed environment, and a collaborative mindset that supports shared goals and team culture.

A bit about you

The ideal candidate holds a relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualification and demonstrates advanced problem-solving abilities, with strong communication skills that enable effective engagement across diverse stakeholder groups. They are adept at bridging customer experience with operational processes and metrics within complex, fast-paced environments. With a solid understanding of/or ability to quickly learn—the Australian telecommunications and regulatory landscape, they consistently deliver outcomes through sound governance, budget management, and tactical execution.

The candidate is experienced in business negotiations, change management, and process improvement, and excels in leading virtual teams and collaborating across matrixed, cross-functional environments. Their interpersonal, influencing, and program planning skills are highly developed, supporting successful program delivery and stakeholder alignment.
