Lead the Way in Specialist Mental Health Care for Older Adults – Join Us as a Clinical Nurse

Your new role:

Utilise your advanced clinical expertise to deliver and coordinate high-quality care for older adults with complex mental health needs.

• Support service delivery across clinical care, education, quality improvement, and research, contributing to excellence in patient outcomes.
• Take on a key leadership position in the absence of the Nurse Grade 7, with responsibility for delegation, supervision, and team support.
• Onsight parking, inpatient mental health service as well as community centres across three sites.

• You bring advanced clinical knowledge and expert judgement to deliver safe, person-centred care, addressing the holistic needs of older adults with complex mental health conditions.
• You demonstrate critical thinking, leadership, and the ability to support and mentor others across clinical care, education, and service improvement initiatives.
• You are committed to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and the implementation of quality and safety standards across all aspects of care.
• You excel in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments, using your strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence positive change and drive innovation.
