About the role

We are seeking an experienced Renderer to join our team on the Gold Coast, QLD. This is a casual position, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. As a Renderer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of high-quality rendering services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Applying render coatings to various building surfaces, including walls, ceilings and other architectural features
  • Preparing surfaces by cleaning, patching and priming prior to rendering
  • Mixing and applying render materials according to manufacturer specifications
  • Ensuring a smooth, consistent finish is achieved
  • Collaborating with the wider construction team to complete projects on time and to the highest standard
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Renderer, with a minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience
  • Strong practical skills and an eye for detail to achieve high-quality finishes
  • Knowledge of rendering materials, techniques and industry best practices
  • Ability to work efficiently and safely, both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Relevant trade qualifications or certifications (desirable)
