Position Overview

We are seeking a Garden Maintenance Worker to join our team in Wee Waa, NSW. This role involves routine yard and garden care, ensuring that outdoor spaces are safe, tidy, and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

As a Garden Maintenance Worker, you will:

  • Carry out regular lawn and garden care, including:
  • Lawn mowing and edging.
  • Light pruning and trimming of plants.
  • Leaf and debris removal.
  • Bagging green waste for collection or disposal.
  • Maintain outdoor spaces to ensure safety and neat presentation.
  • Safely operate gardening tools and equipment.
  • Follow health and safety procedures for outdoor work.
  • Respect client property and deliver services efficiently.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Previous garden or grounds maintenance experience preferred.
  • Practical Skills: Ability to safely use lawn mowers, trimmers, and basic gardening tools.
  • Reliability: Punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
  • Professionalism: Respectful, courteous, and service-focused.

Schedule & Hours

  • Weekly yard and garden maintenance visits (hours vary depending on tasks).
  • Hours scheduled in advance with clients.

Requirements

  • National Police Check (mandatory)
  • Driver's licence & reliable transport (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to safely operate garden equipment
