We're currently looking for a talented Senior Rehabilitation Consultant - New Employer Services to join our multidisciplinary team of Rehabilitation Consultants in Melbourne and shape lives. With on-going support and mentoring this role provides an ideal blend of leadership focus and holistic quality of care with clients.

Job Description

How you'll be making an impact in people's lives:

  • Undertaking assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessments
  • Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
  • Designing, implementing and monitoring programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce

Qualifications

What you'll bring to the role

  • Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractoc or Physiotherapy
  • Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence is required)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
  • A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
