We're looking for a passionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our Albury team.
About You
- Qualified in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Masters in Psychology
- Registered with ASORC, AASW or AHPRA
- Full working rights + Australian Driver's Licence
The Role
As a Rehab Consultant, you'll be the trusted guide helping people return to work after injury
- Support clients with empathy, listen deeply, guide them through life-changing transitions
- Conduct meaningful assessments - focus on what matters most
- Build strong connections with health professionals, employers, insurers, and more to create solutions that truly help
- Spot barriers, design tailored Return to Work plans that build resilience and confidence
- Visit workplaces, understand the challenges, advocate for safer, more inclusive environments
