About the Role

Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) | Villawood Hotel

We're searching for a our very own 'Rosie the Robot' - you know, from The Jetsons - a Housekeeper known for their work ethic and efficiency.

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in creating clean and welcoming spaces? Villawood Hotel NightCap is looking for a Housekeeper to join our friendly and dedicated team

A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:

  • Making every room feel like home away from home
  • Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
  • Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
  • Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests

What do we need from you

About you:

  • You've got the attention for detail keeping rooms crisp and making them shine
  • Availability for day shifts - average shift 10am - 4pm
  • You're reliable, punctual and adaptable
  • You take pride in your work and it shows
