What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across AI & Data roles – from client briefs to candidate placements
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates alike
  • Using cutting-edge tools to enhance sourcing, assessment, and speed to market
  • Contributing to a fun, focused, and collaborative team culture
  • Driving your own desk – with the freedom to grow your niche and personal brand

Who You Are:

  • 3–5 years recruitment experience (iData & some AI)

    OR
  • A strong sales/business development background with a hunger to succeed and proven results
  • A relationship builder – consultative, engaging, and genuinely interested in people
  • A confident communicator with a solid commercial mindset
  • Organised, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running
  • Someone who thrives in an energetic, autonomous environment
