We are well positioned for continuing growth in Australia and seek an initiative-taking individual to join our Sydney team. We are a fully owned Australian family business located across manufacturing and distribution sites in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and South Australia.

We are looking for a full-time Warehouse Store person to join our team at Ingleburn NSW.

You will be an energetic person, with steel industry experience, excellent communication and tenacity to work through the daily demands of picking and packing. A thirst for learning is required to develop your knowledge of our products.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Picking / Packing steel products
- Receiving / Dispatching & Transport Logistics
- Forklift operations
- Stock / quality checks
- General cleaning of the workshop.
- Despatch consumable inventory
- Self-motivated and willing to learn various duties.
- Be physically fit and able to complete work in summer & winter warehouse conditions
- Coordinating with the sales team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
- Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
- Assisting Warehouse Supervisor in Booking of all freight movements

**Experience**:
A warehousing background in the Steel Industry or long products, desirable but not essential
- A Current Forklift License, this assumes over 12 months experience forklift driving.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to use your initiative and work within a team environment.

**Other Skills.**
- Analytical skills.
- Meticulous and organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft.

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
