The Opportunity

We're seeking an enthusiastic and organised Assistant Branch Manager to join our Molendinar team.

In this hands-on role, you'll support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations and leading a motivated team.

Acting as 2IC, you'll coach and guide branch staff, including Vehicle Delivery Specialists and Driver Advocates — to deliver outstanding customer experiences and operational excellence.

You'll oversee fleet logistics, maintenance, and compliance, while managing data accuracy, reporting, and process improvements. Collaboration will be key, working closely with repairers, insurers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and continued growth.
