To support dealership sales and CSI/NPS targets by providing finance and insurance to customers in a professional and ethical manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS NCCP, Privacy, FSRA accreditation, Accreditation to sell insurance. Police Check

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

General Insurance Code of Practice, Anti –money laundering, Counter Terrorism Act

Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE Previous experience in automotive industry Heavy truck finance experience

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & DUTIES

FINANCE SALES & ADMINISTRATION

  • Assist customers in securing finance for truck and bus purchases
  • Assist customers in securing finance for asset and equipment finance
  • Advise customers on finance options and present tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Process and close finance applications, including completing required documentation in accordance with legislation and compliance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and consistently deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales teams across allocated branches to ensure finance targets are met across all locations. This includes attendance at all Sales, Finance and prospecting meetings.

PLANNING & ORGANISING

  • Ensure all sales and administrative processes are correctly and accurately completed according to company policy and process
  • Record and report weekly finance and insurance results to the Head of Finance
  • Maintain current accreditations for all relevant legislation, regulations and industry codes

HEALTH AND SAFETY

  • Ensure work area is clean, secure and well maintained.
  • Practice and promote company WHS policies and processes at all times.
  • Report all incidents, injuries and near misses to the Financial Controller.Head of Finance

OTHER
• Any other miscellaneous duties as required
