**The Position**
Located in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, this full-time position requires your presence on-site five days a week. As an HR Advisor, you will report directly to the HR Manager and contribute across various HR functions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle payroll related queries and assist with recruitment and visa processes
- Conduct investigations and provide general HR advice to employees
- Work closely with other team members to implement safety initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist with developing and deliver training programs when required, including induction and safety training
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing any concerns or issues that arise
- Foster a positive work culture and maintain close relationships with employees on the floor
- Adapt to constant growth and change, demonstrating resilience and flexibility in your approach

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years' HR experience.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred experience in manufacturing or similar industries.
- Passion for fostering a safe and healthy work environment.
- Willingness to embrace new challenges and learning opportunities.
- Ability to work with individuals with disabilities and diverse needs is advantageous.
