Your Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an E & I Engineering Manager to join our senior management team. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for developing your team and ensuring delivery of all design products in accordance with project requirements and company procedures.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership to the E & I Engineering team.
  • Review and approve designs, drawings, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations.
  • Allocate resources to projects and studies.
  • Ensure the professional development of your team.
  • Forecast resources and recruit Engineers and Designers as required.

What You 'Can Do'

  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
  • 12+ years' design engineering experience within the minerals processing sector.
  • Previous experience in leadership or management roles.
  • Expert technical knowledge of EI&C engineering deliverables.
  • Expert knowledge and practical application of design theories, principles and practices.
  • Solid understanding of statutory and industry regulations and HSE practices.
