The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Architectural Designer to join our growing team. This role will suit someone with strong design leadership skills, exceptional communication, and a passion for creating standout architectural outcomes. You'll play a pivotal role in design development, client engagement, and project delivery, working across some of Queensland's most exciting residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring design integrity and quality at every stage.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their vision and deliver refined architectural outcomes.
• Develop and present design concepts, sketches, diagrams, and presentation packages to clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Oversee the production of documentation packages and guide the design team to achieve timely, accurate results.
• Select and specify architectural materials, finishes, and details aligned with the design narrative and budget.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, construction technologies, and regulatory changes to enrich project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Architecture or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience, ideally within high-end residential or multi-residential architecture.
• Proven track record managing projects from concept to completion, including leading teams and coordinating with consultants.
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and visualisation tools such as Enscape (preferred).
• Strong design sensibility with the ability to clearly communicate ideas in both visual and verbal formats.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about innovative, thoughtful design.
