Epiroc are looking for a
Graduate Reliability Engineer
to join our team in
Adelaide
, with occasional travel to customer sites. This is a great opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to contribute to improving equipment reliability and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze machine data to improve uptime and reduce costs
  • Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct FMEA and risk assessments for preventative maintenance
  • Develop predictive maintenance strategies using condition monitoring
  • Track reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR) and drive performance improvements
  • Support troubleshooting and implement industry best practices

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Added Advantage

  • Exposure to mobile equipment and condition monitoring systems
  • Familiarity with SHE standards and reliability tools (FMEA, RCA)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
