**About the Opportunities**
We are accepting expressions of interest for multiple graduate entry level opportunities available throughout our business that will see you providing operational support by undertaking a range of customer-focused activities, assisting business units with the intent to increase productivity, quality, revenue and customer service, while assisting with the continuous improvement of our strategic focus.

You will develop your professional and business acumen and be given the exposure to gain practical business experience while utilising your passion for continuous improvement. These roles can lead to pathways in any function of the business and our recent graduates are now taking on a variety of exciting roles throughout our business.
Possible Rotations may include:
- Working with the Service Delivery and Component Solutions teams to support process and system improvement across the planning, execution and supply stages for customer component requirements.
- Working with the Sales Support teams to optimise new machine quoting, ordering and invoicing processes to achieve customer expected delivery times
- Working with the Strategic Pricing and Demand Planning teams to conduct general data analysis and reporting to support business decisions
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting with scoping, creation, coordination and completion of projects
- Review of current operating models and data analysis to support improvement initiatives
- Forward operations planning and project management
- Develop, contribute and support new initiatives
- Automate processes and identify different ways of collaborating
**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business or Engineering
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and ability to pick up systems quickly
- Ability to build and maintain successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
