We're partnering with Sea to Summit to hire a
Category Manager
to take the lead on driving category growth, shaping strategy, and making sure their products stand out in the market. This isn't just about keeping things ticking over—you'll be the one steering the category roadmap, working across teams, and making sure performance keeps climbing.

What you'll be doing
- Develop and deliver brand and category strategies that hit sales, profit, and market share goals.
- Manage the product portfolio, including pricing, promotions, and positioning.
- Keep tabs on the competition and consumer trends, turning insights into action.
- Partner with sales, supply chain, and marketing to make sure strategies land in market.
- Track performance using sales, financial, and shopper data, and adjust plans where needed.
- Sales enablement and strategic go-to-market planning
What we're looking for
- Experience in brand management, category management, or a related sales or marketing role.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen—you're comfortable with P&L ownership.
- Sharp analytical skills, with the ability to translate numbers into actionable strategies.
- A proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, while keeping timelines on track.
- Great communication and influencing skills—you know how to get buy-in and build strong relationships.
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for creating value through brands.
