The Team

Our Property & Conveyancing team handles residential, rural, and commercial property matters. We deliver practical, efficient, and client-focused solutions across Queensland.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Clerk with strong end-to-end knowledge of residential conveyancing. You will manage matters from contract to settlement, liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions.

What you bring

  • Proven experience managing A–Z residential conveyancing files.
  • Ability to manage high-volume matters independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and client communication skills.
  • Experience with PEXA and OSR.
  • Experience with preparing seller disclosure statements.
