The Role
Responsibilities
As Document Controller, you'll join our Health & Safety team to cover 12-months of parental leave, managing document control processes while driving improvement projects. You'll ensure accuracy and compliance, implement updates, and refresh materials to reflect new company branding, supporting both operational excellence and a consistent corporate identity. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Take ownership of the Ramelius document control process
  • Drive implementation of projects to improve operational efficiency and brand changes
  • Keep documents, drawings, and plans correctly named and numbered
  • Make sure all documents are prepared, reviewed, approved, and stored in SharePoint
  • Create easy-to-use templates for documents and files
  • Provide support and training in the use of document systems and processes
  • Enter data accurately and produce compliance reports
  • Manage review schedule of current documents with site teams
  • Support the Health & Safety team with onboarding for employees and contractors as required

About You
You are detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and a critical thinker who thrives on accuracy and improvement. You bring structure to systems, spot opportunities to streamline, and ensure compliance while keeping things clear and consistent. You bring:

  • Strong proficiency in SharePoint for managing, storing, and streamlining documentation workflows
  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to create and manage complex documents, reports, and templates
  • Demonstrated experience in document control or a similar administrative role
  • Experience with Pronto and mobilisation databases, ideally within the INX suite of products
  • High attention to detail with a process‑driven approach to maintaining compliance and accuracy
  • Proactive, helpful, and adaptable attitude with a focus on supporting team needs
  • Previous experience working in the Mining industry would be an advantage
  • Ability to meet site access requirements, including a WA C Class driver's licence (manual) and National Police Clearance

This Perth-based role is offered on a Monday-Friday basis, with flexible start and finish times, and may include occasional site travel. This stand-alone role is an exciting opportunity to join a growing ASX100 Gold producer initially for a 12 month duration of coverage.
