The Opportunity
This is an exciting chance for a motivated Diploma-qualified educator who is eager to take the next step in their career. You'll start as a valued Room Assistant/Educator and be mentored and trained to step into the Educational Leader role in the near future. You'll be part of a close-knit, professional team who truly value collaboration, creativity, and child-led learning.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- A passion for leadership, mentoring, and driving high-quality practices
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and child development principles
- Excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships with families and colleagues
- Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates
