- Ensure balanced caseload distribution and service coverage, including reallocation during staff leave or high-demand periods
- Maintain your own clinical caseload while supporting team coordination
- Drive clinical service planning, evaluation, and coordination aligned with CCLHD Mental Health strategy
- Promote integration with other internal services and external partners to ensure continuity of care
- Managing service capacity and clinician workload to meet growing demand
- Balancing leadership responsibilities with clinical caseload management
- Advocating for and addressing the unique mental health needs of adolescents and young people across CCLHD
