Our client DNN BUSINESS PTY LTD T/A Silly Solly is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader with a passion for retail, customer service, and team development. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, ensuring high standards of merchandising and stock control, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. If you have strong leadership skills, proven retail management experience, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

· Responsible for overseeing the operations of a retail store

Duties:

· Develop business strategies to raise our customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

· Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff

· Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

· Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

· Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

· Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc

· Propose innovative ideas to increase market share

· Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths

· Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)

· Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance

Qualification:

· AQF Diploma or Higher

· Minimum 3 years of experience in related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,500.00 – $90,000.00 per year
