We have an opportunity for an experienced
Operations Supervisor
to join our
PMC Division
, delivering state-of-the-art school and education projects across Queensland.

This hands-on leadership role will see you coordinating delivery, cranage, and installation of modular buildings while overseeing on-site works to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to ATCO's high standards.

You'll be the key link between our factory, hire yard, and site operations — keeping people, materials, and schedules running seamlessly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in quality workmanship, this is your opportunity to make a genuine impact.

What You'll Do

  • Lead site delivery, cranage, and installation for modular school and community buildings
  • Coordinate trades, subcontractors, materials, and logistics to meet project deadlines
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure all works meet ATCO's safety and quality standards
  • Manage client relationships and joint inspections for a smooth handover
  • Support estimating for site and yard works and maintain cost control on projects
  • Resolve on-site challenges promptly while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure compliance with WHS and Quality systems, including SWMS, JSAs, and risk assessments
  • Support project administration and collaborate closely with internal teams

You'll need:

  • Proven experience in modular or general construction site supervision
  • Certificate IV in Building & Construction (or working towards it)
  • White Card, Site Supervisor Licence, and a valid driver's licence (essential)
  • Strong understanding of installation processes and site coordination
  • Confidence leading teams and subcontractors to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
