A-Line Group is a leading electrical switchboard manufacturer specializing in commercial projects across Melbourne. With a strong focus on quality, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and looking for a reliable employee to begin an Electrical Apprenticeship (First Year Apprenticeship).

Role Overview:

As an Electrical Apprentice, you'll work closely with licensed electricians to assist with the assembly and wiring of switchboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist electricians with wiring, and general electrical tasks
  • Learn key electrical skills such as control wiring, busbar manufacturing and EMF shielding
  • Assist in the assembly of switchboards and switchboard frames
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow directions and adhere to all safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an electrical or construction environment (preferred but not essential)
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Basic hand and power tool knowledge
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
  • Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
  • Current driver's license (preferred)
  • Forklift license (preferred but not essential)
