Specialising in Full Home Electrification – Solar, Batteries, EV Chargers, Hot Water, and Air Conditioning

Lightning Energy is seeking skilled electrical apprentices or trade assistants experienced in, or eager to learn, all aspects of full home electrification. Our expertise includes solar, battery installations, electric vehicle chargers, hot water systems, and air conditioning.

Based in Clayton, most of our work is within metro Melbourne, with occasional projects in regional areas such as Geelong, Ballarat, and the Mornington Peninsula.

About the Role:

  • 70% of our work is residential solar, but we also cover commercial solar, battery installations, and general electrical work

  • Own car (vehicle may be supplied to the right applicant)
  • High attention to detail
  • Initiative and excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of workplace safety laws
  • Working at heights certification
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven and willing to learn

Wage negotiable depending on experience.
