Boutique Dining & Catering, an increasingly popular restaurant located on the waterfront at Salacia Waters, Paradise Point, are expanding our back-of-house team, as we continue to grow.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Casual Chef to join our kitchen team, our Boutique family, and help us deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will be working closely with our Head Chef & team of qualified Chefs.
About Us
At Boutique Dining & Catering, we pride ourselves in offering high-quality, beautifully presented dishes in a relaxed waterfront setting. Our venue serves daily breakfast and lunch, with an addition of Dinner on Monday & Tuesday evenings.
Our point of difference begins with our service with a strong focus on consistency, creativity, and customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team and contribute to our evolving menu and dynamic kitchen environment.
Available Position
o Casual or Part-Time: 15 to 24 hours per week with the possibility of increasing hours after due to catering and function demands
About the Role
The successful candidate will be working in a positive atmosphere with a fantastic work/life balance. At times it can become a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including:
o Executing and maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation
o Ensuring consistency in all dishes in line with the Boutique Dining & Catering brand
o Following established kitchen procedures
o Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen while adhering to food safety standards
o Working collaboratively as part of a professional kitchen team
What We Are Looking For
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:
o A minimum of three years experience in an a la carte café/restaurant setting
o Strong breakfast and lunch service experience, with the ability to manage high-volume periods
o Proven ability to work efficiently and consistently under pressure
o Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality dishes
o MUST have availability to work weekends and flexibility with scheduling
o A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to be part of an expanding team
