With a focus on safety and compliance, Eureka delivers practical training programs to meet industry standards and improve driver competency. Ranging from recreational 4WD courses, to nationally accredited commercial 4WD programs Eureka delivers effective training solutions.

About the Role

Due to a significant increase in demand, Eureka are seeking experienced HC/MC Trainers and Assessors to join our respected team on a full-time basis.

This role will report to the Training Manager and collaborates closely with the Eureka Team.

About You

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • MC (Multi Combination) & HC (Heavy Combination) Licence.
  • HR (Heavy Rigid) manual licence or higher (minimum of 3 years in WA).
  • Possession of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
  • Department of Transport qualifications as a Qualified Instructor and Assessor (e.g., Blue Book).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals of all ages and genders.
  • Positive attitude towards customer service with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • High standards of professionalism and punctuality.
