Practice Manager /  Bookkeeper

A full-time Practice Manager and experienced proficient Bookkeeper is required for a non-corporate small/medium size medical General Practice in Balcatta.

This dynamic position requires a self-motivated individual who can manage and lead a small team.

Key tasks:

  • Bookkeeping using MYOB
  • Management of general day-to-day practice operations
  • Managing office staff, their rosters and recruitment
  • Supporting the medical staff with effective patient services
  • Display initiatives to continually improve operations and patient services

Criteria:

  • Experience in MYOB bookkeeping is Essential
  • Previous management and experience in leading a small team is preferable
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Adequate level of computer literacy
  • Excellent time management
  • Having the ability to develop strategies for optimised organic media engagement by creating and publishing relevant and engaging content is desirable
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a diverse and growing center
  • Police Clearance required
