Are you an experienced strata maintenance plumber looking for an opportunity to be appreciated in a small close knit team?

Are you passionate about providing great results for your customers?

Do you love a challenge and problem solving?

$44-$50 per hour subject to experience and ability.

We currently have a permanent, full time opportunity available for an experienced maintenance plumber in the Sydney Metro area.

The Role:

You will need to be a good problem solver, experienced in general strata maintenance including, but not limited to:

-Leak investigation and repair

-Hot water servicing and repair

-Drain cleaning

Necessary qualifications:

-Cert 3 plumbing qualification.

-WHS white card

-TMV and Backflow tickets will be highly regarded

-Manual drivers licence

The successful candidate will be able to use job management software, communicate well, be able to provide updates to building/strata managers, be well mannered, be presentable and have an eye for detail.

There is the opportunity for this role to develop into a leading hand/management role over time as the business grows.

There is an on call roster that you will need to participate in once every 5-6 weeks.

A ute and phone will be provided after a trial period.

049Plumber Pty Ltd was founded several years ago and specialises in maintenance plumbing mostly in the strata field in Metro Sydney. We are a small, dedicated team but due to recent growth we need to expand our workforce.
