Community Support Workers Needed – Glenorie & Surrounding Areas

Right at Home Sydney, The Hills is expanding our team, and we are seeking dedicated Community Support Workers to support our growing client base in Glenorie and nearby suburbs. We are especially encouraging applicants who are willing to work in the Glenorie region, as we have increasing demand and ongoing shifts available.

This beautiful semi-rural area has wonderful clients who need consistent support, and we are looking for reliable, compassionate care workers who can make a real difference in their day-to-day lives.

About the Role

We have clients in Glenorie, and surrounding areas who require assistance with:

  • Personal Care
  • Domestic Assistance
  • Meal Preparation
  • Social Support
  • Transport
  • Community Access
  • Respite Care

We have regular ongoing shifts available, including social support shifts, and we are interviewing immediately for workers who can commit to supporting clients in these areas.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking support workers with experience in:

  • Aged Care
  • Disability Support
  • Home Care

Essential Requirements

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support or Home Care
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Valid Australian National Police Check (within 6 months)
  • Working With Children Check
  • Australian Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • A smartphone
  • Ability to work autonomously and communicate clearly
