**About the Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Certificate III Educator to join the team as a floater on a full time 12month contract (with the possibility for extension).

In this role you will be working with and assisting our team of friendly Educators and Early Childhood Teachers in different rooms. If you have experience working with babies and toddlers this role is for you

At Uniting Paddington Children's Centre, we support families with education and care for their children, including a preschool program. Approved places for 80 and open 7.30am to 6pm for children from birth to five years.

**What you’ll be doing in this role**

As a Certificate III qualified Educator, you’ll provide quality education and care to children to help support and facilitate their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework

**Your work may include**:

- Developing positive relationships that support children, their families and community.
- Facilitating play-based learning environments that are responsive to children’s interest, strengths, and abilities.
- Documenting children’s learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes

**Who we’re looking for**
- Must have completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, with previous on the job experience (essential)
- Be passionate about working with children of all ages (Birth - 5years).
- A work history that demonstrates, programming, recording observations, writing learning stories and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework (National Standard)
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members
- You’ll be adaptable, empathetic and resourceful, and be able to live Uniting’s everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
