Join Our Office All-Stars Team – Immediate Start

We're on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Casual Full-Time Sales & Office Assistant to join our busy concrete product sales yard.

Location: Vineyard 2765 (onsite parking available, close to Vineyard train station)

Pay Rate: $30 per hour

Hours: 5 days per week, including a rotating Saturday roster

Start: Immediate

Potential for Permanent Role for the right candidate

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Assisting customers with product sales and enquiries
  • Quoting for landscape materials
  • Managing inventory and placing orders
  • Coordinating schedules for manufacturing and deliveries
  • General office and admin tasks – answering phones, responding to emails, filing, etc.
What We're Looking For:
  • A people person who enjoys customer interaction and can confidently liaise with tradies and home builders
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Prior experience in sales or the trade industry is preferre
  • A flexible and team-oriented approach

Full training will be provided to the right person.
