As a Property Manager with Barry Plant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our rental properties. To assist you with your role we also offer:

The Requirements

We're seeking a motivated and passionate Property Manager who possesses:

• Agents representative certificate / Real Estate license
• Drivers license & Valid Police Check
• Excellent presentation & communication skills
• Team player
• Common sense and a "can do" attitude.
• A proven track record in property management.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of relevant real estate legislation and regulations.
• A customer-focused approach and a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
