The exciting opportunity:
- Work across Residential and Home Car in the organisations' Southern Residential sites and community settings
- Manage a diverse caseload of clients requiring occupational therapy intervention
- Conduct comprehensive OT assessments to optimise activities of daily living, wellbeing and leisure
- Design and implement individualised treatment programs based on physical and psychosocial functioning
- Provide education and training to clients, families and staff on specialised devices and equipment
- Prepare specialist documentation for home modifications and assistive technology prescriptions
- Function as a Case Manager with therapeutic interventions, education and counselling
- Supervise Allied Health Assistants and students, contributing to team development

About you:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
- Experience working as an OT, ideally in aged care or community health settings
- Knowledge of Aged Care Act, OHS legislation, Accreditation Standards and funding models
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to coach and support others
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
